As well as fresh air into the lungs, we believe that the children need daily contact with the outdoor world to stimulate, engage and energise them in a different way to indoor activity. Every child is given the opportunity to go outside daily and we have free flow access out to the garden and outdoor play area in both our Bumblebee and Dragonfly rooms. Unless the weather is adverse or would pose a risk to the child’s health (i.e. too wet or too hot) we encourage children to go outside come rain or shine.
