The team here at Bell House are easily our most important resource. They facilitate the development and happiness of our children and are responsible for their safety and wellbeing. We continually invest in the team through trainings, appraisals, staff observations, personal development plans, incentives and an open attitude to suggestions, initiative and ideas. The team we aim to employ are hard-working, enthusiastic and dedicated and it is through their maturity and warmth that our children really flourish. All of our staff are first aid trained and any new members to the team are trained within their first month of joining. The nursery also has a fully trained behavioural lead available to support staff in all our rooms. Each of our Room Leads are NVQ level 3 or above and have the necessary experience and maturity in leading a team of staff. We have regular staff meetings, room meetings and team nights out to maintain team spirit and help ensure our Bell House family continues to be a synergetic and proficient one.
