“Bell House is a lovely, friendly nursery with truly dedicated staff who go the extra mile to help your children grow. Both of our daughters have loved their time at the Nursery, our eldest was brilliantly prepared for school by the staff in Dragonflies (the pre-school room) and left Bell House as a confident, sociable and kind little girl. Our youngest is only in Ladybirds (the baby room) at Bell House but is having an amazing time. We were more nervous when she joined as so much of her life had been lived behind the restrictions of the first lockdown, giving her limited contact with people, but now she smiles when we drop her off in the morning and only cries when we come to pick her up! I have always been impressed with Bell House, never more so when they reopened after the initial lockdown and ran the same superb nursery with all the necessary restrictions. I would strongly recommend Bell House to any families in the area who are looking for somewhere they can leave their little ones safe in the knowledge that they will be well cared for and well supported in their development!”

I am so thrilled with how our son has progressed and developed since starting at Bell House. The staff go above and beyond to show their care for every child. We are always well informed with how his days are going and he is always so happy to come into nursery. Thank you so much to Everyone! Bell House Nursery definitely gives you a home to home feeling and its so nice to see the passion the staff have.

Working here is great as I enjoy seeing all the little faces, however after having my little boy I see if from the parents eyes. Although I know how important our work is. I know that when I drop my son off he is happy and content as he goes off with a beaming smile. The girls treat him like their own and he always comes home after having a fun filled day doing a variety of activities which we see on the learning book. It makes me incredibly happy with how he is so social and from this how quickly his development has begun. All I can say is a massive thank-you!

We could not be happier to have our son at Bell House. Since changing nursery just over a year ago we have seen him flourish. He is now more confident, happy to go to nursery and is always chatting about the exciting things he does! It’s clear he loves his time with both the other children and staff. The facilities and learning resources are fantastic and not confined to the nursery, when it was allowed and feasible, with walks out in the community and a plot at the local allotment. They have a well-rounded range of activities to help all the children learn together but also 1-2-1 engagement opportunities tailored to each child’s interests to help encourage and engage them. The team pay such close attention to each child’s individual personalities and provide regular updates with pictures and learning outcomes via an online learning log. During this especially difficult time, at the start of and throughout the pandemic, they have also had great communications and set clear expectations around what measures they are putting in place to keep all the families and staff safe, whilst ensuring as much normality as possible to help the children’s mental health and well-being. We are so glad we made the decision to move to Bell House and feel so lucky to have found a nursery who work with us to help encourage and develop our son. We feel fully supported not just for our son but also parents, as part of a great nursery community.

E has attended Bell House since he was 14 months old, so has been through all 4 rooms. We have been so impressed and happy with how he has been looked after, and he has clearly had an amazing time all the way through. He has access to a really rich variety of activities, learning, and food, and his learning journey is carefully considered and delivered through play and exploration. We’ve always felt that staff have genuinely cared about him, and appreciated him as his own person. Staff have been communicative and worked closely with us throughout to make sure that his needs are met. It feels like an extended family at this point, and we’ll really miss the whole team when he starts school later in the year. I would not hesitate to recommend Bell House to anybody!”

Our daughter has been attending Bell House Nursery for the past 5 months. Over these few months, we have noticed massive progress in her development, and this is hugely due to her time at nursery and the wonderful support that both the staff and management provide. All of the staff in Dragonflies have gone above and beyond to support her needs and the back and forth communication with parents is excellent. She is so excited to attend every day, and only gets upset when its time to come home. The daily activities are so varied with songs, numeracy, phonics, yoga, language, and PE. They also have a great secure play area outside so we know the children are getting enough fresh air each day. I love that the daily menu at Bell House has a great healthy variety and changes regularly. Our daughter is quite a picky eater, but the staff have taken so much time in encouraging her to try everything on her plate. She now happily eats her vegetables most days, and tries new foods with less hesitation. They genuinely care about all the children and go above and beyond what is expected of them. I would highly recommend Bell House Nursery to any parent looking for somewhere for their child to be cared for, well looked after and be supported in all of their educational and developmental needs.

We love Bell House nursery. It’s a great, independent nursery. Our eldest, who has just started school, started there when he was 11 months old and thoroughly enjoyed all of the different rooms. Our youngest is 2 and is in bumblebees room. He loves all the great activities that the team do for the children. He has lots of friends who he enjoys playing with. He loves the bikes in the garden too. As parents we feel happy knowing that he will have a fantastic time everyday we drop him off. Thank you Bell House!“

Our son has been with Bell House Nursery since he was 1 (now 3), and I have always had confidence that Bell House have his best interests at heart. The staff at Bell House have actively worked with our son, and us, to get the best out of him and his time at nursery. For example, after learning about his love of space/planets, the team supported him with flash cards, games, pictures on the wall, and books about space. They listened to him, and used his interests to build on skills in other areas.
The staff are kind, attentive, and a credit to the nursery, and my son has built some strong relationships with them as he has moved through the classes.
When we began our search we looked at a number of nurseries in the area, and Bell House was the right choice for us. The facilities are great. They have a sensory room, sleep rooms, garden, slides, books, sandboxes, crafts… the list goes on, and changes through the classes. In the class he is in now, they are set up to give children the opportunity to go in and out of the (supervised) garden freely – building their independence.
We are really happy that we chose Bell House, and are looking forward to our son continuing his journey with them.

Bell House truly delivers on their values and commitments, and probably the most important aspect for us is the parent partnership. The entire team is an extension of our family and with us every step of the way through life’s ups and downs. We couldn’t ask for a more progressive, warm and supportive environment for our two children, and for us as parents. If you’re thinking of choosing Bell House for your child’s care and development, I hope this helps make your decision an easy one.
